高級Zapier：自定義集成與多步驟自動化培訓

Recurring workflows between tools can be automated without programming. This two-day course covers Zapier, Make.com and n8n, including AI steps, AI agents, human approval, error handling and operation. Participants build several automations and finish with one from their own daily work.

This instructor-led, live training in 香港 is aimed at: Specialist users, operations teams, assistants and citizen developers who want to automate recurring workflows between their tools.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Understand triggers, actions, data flow and mapping
• Distinguish Zapier, Make.com and n8n by purpose, cost, hosting and data protection
• Build first automations in all three tools
• Build in AI steps for classifying, summarizing and extracting data
• Use an AI agent step with tools and human approval
• Set up error handling, monitoring and documentation for operation
• Automate an own workflow from daily work

Format of the Course

• Duration: 2 days (7 hours each)
• Interactive training with a trainer, discussion and hands-on exercises on the participants' own use cases
• Outcome, Day 1: Each participant has a running Zap and a Make scenario with an AI step and error handling.
• Outcome, Day 2: Each participant has an n8n workflow with an AI agent and approval, and an own automation from daily work.
